"Qualified Lead" means a natural person who is a citizen or lawful resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age, and who:
i. follows a referral link from Lead Generator Platform to the Haven Site; and
ii. initiates an application for a Product (where such Qualified Lead will be the
owner or insured, or annuitant for such Product). An application will be
deemed to be "initiated" when the Qualified Lead provides his or her social
security number on the Product application. For the avoidance of doubt,
whether someone is a "Qualified Lead" is independent of whether the
individual completes or submits a Product application or purchases a
Product.
